Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of scorelift.io (the "Service"), operated by Sunshine Solutions ("ScoreLift," "we," "us," or "our"), 13727 SW 152 Street #956, Miami, FL 33177. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ScoreLift analyses a website you submit across five dimensions — SEO, CRO, performance, copy, and branding — and delivers a report summarizing scores and recommended actions. A free summary report is delivered to the email address you provide. A complete report, including every finding and the full priority matrix, is available as a one-time $197 purchase.

Purchases

The full report is a one-time purchase of $197 USD, processed securely by Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the complete report via a link delivered to your email, and, where applicable, a downloadable PDF. We do not store your payment card details.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at marco@scorelift.io within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

No Warranty / As-Is Service

The Service, including all audit reports and recommendations, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ScoreLift's findings and recommendations are informational in nature and do not guarantee any specific business outcome, ranking, or result. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendation at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreLift and Sunshine Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting URLs you do not have the right to audit for malicious purposes, attempting to disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineering our audit methodology for a competing product.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
